There is a limited right of onward appeal to the High Court against the decision of an interim case tribunal and case tribunal drawn from the Adjudication Panel for Wales.

Permission to appeal against a decision of an interim case tribunal and case tribunal must first be sought from the High Court. It is a matter for any person considering an appeal to take their own legal advice.
