Elected and co-opted members can make an appeal to the Adjudication Panel for Wales against a decision, by an authority’s standards committee, that the member has breached the authority’s statutory code of conduct.

- Notice of Appeal, where a standards committee determines that a person has failed to comply with the code of conduct of the relevant authority, that person can appeal against that decision to the Adjudication Panel for Wales.
