Tribunal users can give feedback to the tribunal in one of the following ways:
  • in writing
  • by fax
  • by e-mail
  • by telephone
  • in person

We welcome feedback on all aspects of our work in order to improve our service. If however you wish to make a formal complaint about the service we have provided, please do contact us to discuss your complaint or write to us to let us know in what way you are unhappy with the service provided.

There is also an opportunity to provide feedback to us about our administrative services, by completing our Customer Satisfaction Survey which we issue to tribunal users once a case is discharged by the Adjudication Panel for Wales.
